After last weeks’ ruling that Casey Anthony would have to live in Florida under one year of probation, her lawyers declared war on the judge.

And now Cheney Mason is launching an all-out appeal attempt to keep his client safe from the possible violence she would encounter in her home state.

Still, Judge Belvin Perry is insisting that Casey come back to Florida, as he wishes to observe her behavior over the next twelve months to make sure she’s not a loose cannon.

And Mr. Mason told press that if the appeal loses, he’ll fight to get Ms. Anthony a probation situation in another state.
