Mel B Starts Fitness Regime To Lose Baby Weight
Mel B has begun a new exercise regime in a bid to lose the weight she gained when she was pregnant with her daughter Madison Brown Belafonte.
Mel B has started a gruelling exercise regime to lose her baby weight.
The former Spice Girl gave birth to daughter Madison Brown Belafonte, her first child with her husband Stephen Belafonte, in September and after ballooning during her final trimester Mel has started back at the gym to get in shape.
The 36-year-old star - who has two other daughters, Phoenix, 12, and Angel, four - has embarked on a draining running-based routine to shift the pounds she gained.
She wrote on her twitter page: "Just ran 5miles that's 8.8kms on my 7 day training in 10 months after having my baby 4 weeks ago, now come on my peeps let's get the fat off (sic)"
Mel - who has been in Australia judging 'The X Factor' - is trying to build up her strength and fitness slowly but her main goal is to get back into the fantastic shape she was in before she got pregnant.
She tweeted yesterday (04.10.11): "Only my 7th day of working out in 10 months so taking it easy, building it up bit by bit! (It was a) Lazy workout today, but better than doing nothing!! (sic)"
The reality TV star has been having such a great time Down Under appearing on the pop star search show, she would consider leaving her house in Los Angeles and setting up home in Australia.
She wrote on twitter: "So much love from Australians i wouldnt mind living here full time!! this is truly an amazing place! Ozzie love! (sic)"
